HOT STAMPING (hot forged parts)

Распечатать

Technolit Int. offers hot forged parts, as well as stamping and closed die forging at its production facilities.

When dies are used in the stamping process, they limit the metal under processing from each side with the die cavity walls, which results in shaping the blank into a corresponding cavity, so the blank acquires the desired forms and dimensions.

Closed die forging is used for the low volume production. During the closed die forging allowances do not normally exceed 2.5-3 mm (0,0984-0,11811 in); this brings about a considerable metal saving if compared to open die forging and is less labor consuming in subsequent metalworking. A blank is preformed by the open die forging method to simplify the construction and reduce the price of forgings, with the forgings taking the final configuration after the closed die forging.

Stamping on presses with 1800 kg (39.6828 lbs) capacity:

  • bent sheet metal of up to 30 mm (1.1811 in) thick, 200 mm (7.874 in) wide and 1000 mm (39.37 in) long.

Stamping on presses with 2500 kg (5511.5 lbs) capacity:

  • eye-bolts with the load capacity of 630 kg (1388.9 lbs), 1000 kg (2204.6 lbs), 1600 kg (3527.36 lbs), 2500 kg (5511.5 lbs), 4000 kg (8818.4 lbs),
  • closed die forging.

Hoist hooks with the load capacity of 0.63-4 tons as well as forged blank bolts

Closed die forged hardware (with threaded connections):

  • closed die forging (manufacturing) of bolts with diameters ranging from M6 to M40, and up to 250 mm (9.8425 in) in length,
  • closed die forging (manufacturing) of anchor bolts with diameters up to M40 and up to 250 mm (9.8425 in) in length,
  • closed die forging (manufacturing) of rivets with diameters up to 40 mm (1.5748 in),
  • closed die forging (manufacturing) of wing nut blanks with diameters up to 36 mm (1.41732 in),
  • closed die forging (manufacturing) of eye-bolts with diameters ranging from M6 to M36.
